Guarantee of Service
Pikter is a *free* service and there are no guarantees concerning the reliability of the service and/or it's usability. Pikter will do it's best to keep your photos alive and well, however, that can not be 100% guaranteed. Please use the service at your own risk.

Use of Service
Users should not use the service for spam or any type of illegal purpose. Wrongful use of Pikter and it's provided services will result in immediate deletion of photos and immediate termination of user's account.

Users should not upload pornographic or copyrighted material (with out creator's permission). Doing so will result in immediate deletion of photos and immediate termination of user's account.

Users should understand that photos posted to Pikter will be accessible to the general public, therefore the possibility of copyright issues. Pikter is not responsible if a user's photo is used improperly. Users should posts photos to Pikter at their own risk.

Users should note that there is a "soft limit" of 2mb per photo uploaded. This will ensure a smooth service for everyone. Users that upload photos larger than 2mb on a regular basis, their accounts will be terminated. Pikter reserves the right to determine what a "regular basis" is.

Users should understand that Pikter is not simply a "photo hosting" site, but a "photo sharing site". Thus, in order to maintain an active account on Pikter, users must choose atleast one site to share with (ie. Twitter, Jaiku, etc). User's accounts who do not have any active sites they are sharing with will be marked "inactive".

Pikter takes *no* responsibility for usage of the site and services that may be considered illegal. Users are encouraged to use the service according to these terms.

If any type of illegal activity is spotted and or pornographic material is found, please immediately flag as "innapropriate" or use the contact page to inform us!

Pikter reserves the right to terminate an account and/or remove photos without notice if the user and/or photos do not adhere to these terms.

All photos are copyright their respective owners. If you want to use their photo, get their permission first!
